A number of Celtic fans have taken to Twitter to comment on Ismaila Soro’s display as the Hoops made it five wins in a row on Wednesday.
Neil Lennon’s side beat Aberdeen to move to within 15 points of the Scottish Premiership summit. David Turnbull’s long-range effort settled the contest at Parkhead.

It was perhaps not a night in which a number of Celtic players stood out. Some struggled in the game. But there were some more impressive displays for the Bhoys.
Obviously, Turnbull continues to establish himself as a talisman with his goal. Meanwhile, Kristoffer Ajer looked much more like his old self with his performance.

But some also felt that Soro – who earns £6,500-a-week, according to Sport1 – did well in the win.
Admittedly, there were some who were less impressed with the 22-year-old. But many insisted that he deserved credit. And several were left perplexed by the decision to take him off when Lennon decided to introduce Scott Brown.
As shown by Whoscored.com, he made four successful tackles. No player on either side made more than Soro.
Meanwhile, he was one of the prolific passers with 56 accurate passes.
Interestingly, one of the criticisms levelled at Soro was his distribution was sloppy on a few occasions. And yet, Jonjoe Kenny and Turnbull were the only starters to boast a better pass-success rate.
With that in mind, here is how some of the fans reacted to his withdrawal with 18 minutes remaining, followed by some of the assessments of his overall performance…
