Ryan Christie has slammed Rangers duo James Tavernier and Wes Foderingham for claiming Glasgow is blue on Twitter – and Celtic fans have applauded their midfielder on Twitter.
Rangers blew Celtic away last Sunday with an excellent 2-0 win thanks to goals from Scott Arfield and James Tavernier. Although Celtic had little to play for, other than Neil Lennon’s future, the Hoops were by far the worst side and Rangers capitalised.
Midfielder Christie, who is still recovering from a facial injury suffered during a tussle with Aberdeen’s Dom Ball, slammed the Rangers players for their outrageous claims on social media.
🗣 RC: “We’re going into the last two games of the season with a trophy day and cup final. At the weekend, Glasgow will definitely be green and white.”

Celtic still lead Rangers in the Scottish Premiership six points with just one league game to play, while Rangers failed to reach the final of either cup. Celtic also went further in the Europa League, reaching the knockout round.
Celtic fans reacted to Christie’s comments on Twitter, with many applauding the midfielder for putting Old Firm rivals Rangers in their place despite Steven Gerrard’s side winning 2-0 last Sunday. One wants a “lifetime contract”.

Is it true Sevco are bringing out a DVD called "Two Blue" "How Rangers beat the Champions twice but won nothing" and Mike Ashley gets 60p in the pound for every one sold?
