Odsonne Edouard simply cannot stop scoring goals. The Celtic striker was in sensational form yet again last night as he continues to thrive at under-21 level for France.
The frontman bagged a hat-trick as France defeated Slovakia 5-3 in Dunajska Luzna last night to take his tally for his country’s under-21s to nine goals in four caps after he recently netted a double against Azerbaijan. It means his record for the season for club and country is now 18 goals in 21 games and Celtic fans were loving his exploits last night.
Edouard has been in fine form for Celtic this season and fans will be hoping he takes this form into the weekend clash with Ross County.

However, some fans saw the downside to Edouard’s excellent international form. There is no doubt that the 21-year-old will have admiring eyes wandering his way.
His tremendous form has already seen some reports of apparent interest.
The Daily Mail recently reported that Napoli were considering a £30 million move for the Frenchman. The same report also suggested Sampdoria, Atalanta, and Borussia Dortmund have been tracking the player. This form is hardly going to put them off.
So whilst Celtic fans enjoyed his goalscoring antics, there is no doubt a fear rising that he could be on his way out of the club in the not-so-distant future.
