Celtic fans react as Crystal Palace sign Odsonne Edouard
Crystal Palace capped off a sensational summer transfer window by signing Odsonne Edouard from Celtic on deadline day.
Edouard joins the likes of Marc Guehi, Joachim Andersen, Michael Olise and Will Hughes in arriving at Selhurst Park this summer.
He has also become part of an impressive front line which also boasts the likes of Wilfried Zaha, Eberechi Eze and Michael Olise.
Edouard boasts an impressive CV and goalscoring tally from his time at Celtic.
The France Under-21 international registered 86 goals and 39 goals in 179 competitive appearances in green-and-white.
Edouard also won nine trophies during his time in Glasgow – three Scottish Premiership titles, three Scottish Cups and three League Cups.
As a result, plenty of Celtic fans were sad to see him go but are happy to see him at Palace, where they predict he can score plenty for them too:
When he’s on his game he’s some player. Has potential to go to the top. Hope it works out for him. Palace for top 4.— ArmchairCeltic (@CelticArmchair) August 31, 2021
