Ntcham now has eight goals across all competitions this season, with three of them coming since the turn of year to highlight his purple patch of for.
The 24-year-old midfielder has really cemented his spot in the XI at the moment with consistent displays and is becoming a real driving force.
He appears to have a real licence to go forward since the switch to a 3-5-2 formation from manager Neil Lennon and is impact the game more now in the final third.
