Celtic fans praise Mo Elyounoussi despite draw against Livingston
Celtic’s run without a Scottish Premiership win stretched to four games on Wednesday night as Livingston held the Hoops to a 2-2 draw at the Tony Macaroni Stadium – but Celtic fans have praised on-loan star Mo Elyounoussi.
The Scottish champions came into the match with their 10 in a row pursuit hanging by a thread. Some pundits have even suggested that Neil Lennon’s beleaguered Celtic side would have to win every league game remaining.
However, they took another step backwards as one of their games in hand failed to result in a win. The gap between Celtic and Rangers sits at a huge 20 points, with Celtic boasting now just two games in hand over the Gers.

Livi defender Ciaran Brown gave his side the lead, only for a neat finish from Nir Bitton to equalise moments later. Then, 26-year-old attacker Elyounoussi got his 13th goal of the season as headed home a Leigh Griffiths corner.
It was not enough for Celtic, though. Ex-Arsenal man Jay Emmanuel-Thomas got his name on the score sheet and in the end, Celtic had to hand on to a point – with Scott Brown’s stupidity seeing him receive a red card.
Celtic have now gone four wins without a win in the league, drawing against a Livi side that also drew with Celtic on the weekend. Many Bhoys supporters, though, were impressed with Southampton loanee Elyounoussi.
Another chance for Celtic and it’s Elyounoussi again, shifts the ball onto his right foot and shoots, aiming for the far corner but it’s kept out by a McCrorie save. Elyounoussi has definitely been Celtic’s best player tonight for me #LIVCEL
