Celtic showed the gap in class on Sunday afternoon between themselves and Rangers and the rest of the Scottish Premiership by cruising to a 4-0 win over Aberdeen at Pittodrie – and Hoops fans are delighted to have got one over on Shay Logan.
Neil Lennon’s side travelled to Pittodrie to take on what is likely to be the toughest contender to both Celtic and Rangers, other than eachother. However, confidence was bursting at the seames after a stunning midweek win over Lazio.
Indeed, Celtic hardly got out of second gear throughout the match, as they dominated possession and the match. Odsonne Edouard got things rolling, before new signing Jeremie Frimpong scored in just his third Celtic appearance.

James Forrest made it three in what was a beautifully-worked effort, before the Scotland winger turned provider to deliver an excellent cross for Mo Elyounoussi to control on his chest before volleying an effort beyond the helpless Joe Lewis.
Logan, 31, lasted the entire match on the right side of the Aberdeen defence, but struggled to cope with left winger Elyounoussi. Logan is unliked by Celtic fans, after celebrating in front of the Celtic fans back in May 2018 following a 1-0 win for The Dons.
Celtic fans reacted on Twitter to watching Logan’s performance, as well as his side suffering a 4-0 defeat to the Scottish champions thanks to a number of excellent performances in green and white.
