Celtic are closing in on their first summer signing after a £3 million fee was agreed with Motherwell for David Turnbull, according to The Scottish Sun.
Personal terms will be discussed in the next 24 hours with the Hoops hopeful of announcing the 19-year-old shortly after.
The Hoops will be on the march towards the quadruple treble next season, whilst Neil Lennon will also hope for an improvement on the European scene.
Turnbull looks like being a promising player for Celtic. He played 34 games for Motherwell last season, bagging 16 goals and registering seven assists.

Typically a central midfielder, Turnbull can also deputise on the flank or in a deeper role protecting the back four.
He has all the attributes to thrive at Parkhead and Lennon will hope to get the very best out of the youngster.
Lennon perhaps has a tough task on his hands next season. The lure of playing for Steven Gerrard is likely to attract at least one stellar signing to Rangers this summer and the Hoops must stay ahead of the game.
Turnbull’s signing sends a message to the Gers that they still mean business and it is up to the player to prove his worth on the pitch.
