A number of Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to criticise the EFL for overlooking Ben White in their latest Championship Team of the Week.
The Whites took another step towards promotion on Saturday as they ran out 3-1 winners at Blackburn Rovers.
Patrick Bamford and Kalvin Phillips fired Marcelo Bielsa’s side into a two-goal lead by half time.

Although Adam Armstrong halved the deficit on in the 48th minutes Mateusz Klich added a third a few minutes later to restore Leeds’ two-goal advantage.
The ever-dependable White, who once again completed 90 minutes for Leeds, put in another near-flawless display, his reading of the game head and shoulders above everyone else in the league.
White’s efforts meant Armstrong barely had a kick, but despite his performance, he didn’t make the EFL Team of the Week.
Whilst some Leeds fans were pleased to see Barry Douglas and Phillips named, they still felt White should have been in with them:
Leeds remain top of the Championship table, one point clear of West Brom and five clear of third-placed Brentford with five fixtures left to play.
Up next for the Whites is Thursday afternoon’s meeting with Stoke City at Elland Road.
