Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher has claimed Jurgen Klopp will have to get used to seeing some of his star players looking unhappy in the coming months.
After seeing Sadio Mane throw his toys out of the pram a bit at Wembley, fellow forward Mo Salah cut an unhappy figure as he was withdrawn to be replace by Diogo Jota. Salah, of course, is chasing the Golden Boot and it isn’t the first time he’s looked displeased at being removed from the action.

Liverpool went on to win the game 1-0 in what could be a crucial three points in the title race. But according to former Red Carragher, Jurgen Klopp needs to get used to seeing his stars sulking.
“Well they now have five genuine forwards who all think they should be playing, so I think you’re going to get a lot more of this and Jurgen will have to get used to that. Certainly the reaction of players at coming off, who are used to playing week in, week out. We saw it with Sadio Mane in the cup final and we see it with Salah today,” Carragher said live on Sky.
Tonight’s goal was scored by Sadio Mane, while Salah endured a frustrating night at the office overall.
TBR’s View: Liverpool Problem Is A Good One For Klopp
It’s hardly a big issue is it really. The fact Klopp has five world-class players to fit and keep happy is a problem he will be relishing.
Salah does this often. It’s not out of being overly mad or upset, it’s just that he seems to have this huge drive to keep scoring goals. Clearly, he fancied himself for another tonight and was just a tad annoyed.
