'Can't blame them', 'Pain': Some Arsenal fans react as European side reject signing club outcast

Turkish side Fenerbahce have seemingly rejected the chance to sign Arsenal left-back Sead Kolasinac.

According to Ajansspor, the European side are now close to signing Ezgjan Alioski, who left Leeds United last week following the expiration of his cotnract.

Kolasnic had been a target for Fenerbahce. However, as per the report, the Turkish giants are now keen on adding Alioski to their ranks.

However, this signing all but confirms that Kolasinac will be moved on this summer.

The defender joined Arsenal in 2017 on a free transfer from Schalke.

However, the left-back is yet to fully convince supporters. Kolasinac spent the second half of last campaign with his former Bundesliga side.

Indeed, the news of Alioski potentially joining Fenerbahce was viewed as a hammer blow for Arsenal fans. As some supporters thought Kolasinac would join the Turkish side this summer.

Here’s what some Arsenal fans had to say on Twitter about Fener choosing to sign Alioski over Kolasinac on Twitter…

Kolasniac earns a reported £100,000-a-week and has two years left on his contract. Indeed, it makes sense why Arsenal want to sell the Bosnian international this summer.
