‘Can you see us now?’: First clip of Tinie Tempah Rangers song surfaces

Rangers fans have already been responsible for one chart hit this season, and there could soon be another on the way.

Back in December, Australian group Mental as Anything topped the iTunes chart thanks to supporters of the Ibrox club adopting Live It Up and its  ‘Hey, yeah you with the sad face/come up to my place, and live it up’ refrain as an unofficial anthem.

This time around, it’s an original song dedicated to Rangers that is set to make waves.

Tinie Tempah, best known for 2010 number one Pass Out, has recently been seen in the studio with Love Island star Chris Biggs.

Rangers sealed their first top-tier title win since 2011 earlier this month, and were congratulated by Tinie.

Ibrox defender Leon Balogun responded by asking him to write a song in recognition of their achievement, and Tinie then suggested that members of Steven Gerrard’s squad should contribute lyrics.

In an Instagram story on Biggs’ account, a 10-second clip of what appears to be Tinie’s song has emerged.

The lyrics are: “Four lads had a dream, Stevie is a G/Watch how they lock down Scotland then they’re going to go for the Champions League/Yeah, can you see us now?”
