In Saturday’s early kick-off in the Championship, Leeds United travel across Yorkshire to take on Sheffield United.
And the Whites will come face-to-face with former target Dean Henderson, who is starring for Sheffield United.
According to The Daily Mail, Leeds were chasing a loan deal for Manchester United goalkeeper Henderson this summer.
But Sheffield United won the race for the England under-21 stopper, who had impressed at Shrewsbury Town in League One the season before.
Leeds instead signed Jamal Blackman – who was one of Sheffield United’s best players last season – but he has returned to Chelsea after suffering a broken leg.
Bailey Peacock-Farrell has been the first-choice goalkeeper for Leeds this season but his form has been patchy.
The Northern Ireland international could turn in a game-winning performance one week but make a costly error in the following match.
Leeds will be trying to sign a new goalkeeper in January to provide competition for Peacock-Farrell.
But Henderson has the chance to show Marcelo Bielsa that Leeds should have gone all out for him.

The 21-year-old has been in superb form for Sheffield United this season and looks like a real star for the future.
Each week, Henderson pulls off a string of fine saves and he has been the bedrock behind Sheffield United’s success this season.
The youngster is a fans’ favourite at Bramall Lane and he has a chance to show Leeds firsthand that they missed a trick by not signing him.
