Everton host Crystal Palace on Sunday in the Premier League and defender Lucas Digne will be looking to continue his impressive start to life at Goodison Park.
The left-back completed an £18million (BBC) move to the Merseyside club in the summer and has already overtaken teammate Leighton Baines in the pecking order to become a regular starter.
He’s part of a new-look backline under manager Marco Silva and they will be keen to build up some momentum, as they won their last two league fixtures prior to the international break.
Digne, 25, has a wealth of top level experience already under his belt and the France international has taken to life in the Premier League fairly quickly.
He’s already won several individual battles with wingers this campaign, but will be in direct opposition with Palace’s Andros Townsend at the weekend.

Townsend is a vital part of Roy Hodgson’s side and he knows every trick in the book when it comes to skilful wide play.
The 27-year-old is a speed machine that has two goals in all competitions so far this season, but fortunately Digne is a rapid full-back that could give him a good run for his money in a race.
It’s set to be a fascinating battle between the pair and the Everton defender will just need to be wary of Townsend cutting on to his favoured left foot.
Digne is capable of pocketing the attacker and limiting his influence his game if he plays to his best, which will be another decent scalp for him this season.
