Liverpool came so close to winning the Premier League last season but have maintained that staggering consistency into this term.
The run they went on at the end of 2018/19 should have been enough to lift a first Premier League title and Manchester City have not been able to keep up with the pace.
Jurgen Klopp’s side top the Premier League table and have ample breathing space, so is there any scenario in which they don’t win the title from here?

TBR’s View – Monster lead shouldn’t allow pressure to build around Anfield
Last season, when Liverpool had to keep winning every week to keep pace with City, and fans were beginning to let themselves dream, the pressure and expectation ramped up.
That pure, understandable desperation to win that maiden title serves to build pressure and it can become too much, even for a team as good as Liverpool.
But they have managed those expectations this season and got themselves into such a lead that even a brief stumble need not matter too greatly in the grand scheme of things.
They can afford to rest players at certain times – with the squad depth proving a welcome bonus this season – and Klopp knows his side can deal with pressure and get trophies after June’s Champions League triumph.
This time it really does look to be Liverpool’s year.
