Tottenham have been handed a major boost in their pursuit of Bournemouth striker, Callum Wilson, with the England man apparently ready to leave the Cherries this summer.
According to The Telegraph, Wilson has informed his friends and teammates at the club that he needs to move on this summer. That move is needed due to England being in Euro 2021 next near, where Wilson is hoping to be included in Gareth Southgate’s squad.

Wilson scored eight times last season for the Cherrie as they were unable to once again keep hold of their Premier League place.
The 28-year-old has won admirers since signing for Eddie Howe’s men, with that admiration resulting in an international debut last year.
However, it appears now that Wilson wants to continue that international journey and believes only a Premier League club can help him fulfil that ambition.

Wilson is wanted by a host of clubs this summer. Indeed, Sky Sports reported just days ago that Tottenham, West Ham, and Newcastle were all keen on the striker.

There is no point in waiting around for a team like Tottenham if they want to sign Callum Wilson. If Jose Mourinho wants him, they need to move now to secure the signing.
That is, in the most part, because other teams will now be wanting to move. As soon as a player indicates he wants to leave, clubs in the Premier League pounce with predatory instincts.
Spurs fans, then, will be hoping this isn’t a case of another who got away. They need a proven Harry Kane back-up or partner.
Callum Wilson is that player. They have to sign him.
