Tottenham Hotspur have been reported as ‘likely’ to make a move for full-back Davide Calabria this summer.
According to Calciomercato, Spurs will go toe-to-toe with Manchester United for the Italian, who has been a mainstay in AC Milan’s Champions League-chasing side this term.
Apparently the Rossoneri are under no pressure to sell, with the player under contract until 2022.

Calabria himself is said to be settled, but that could change if Spurs and United come calling with enticing offers for him to become a Premier League player.
It seems strange that Tottenham would want to sign the right-back considering they have three options for the position already.
So perhaps the alarm bells should be ringing for youngster Kyle Walker-Peters, who is the furthest down in the pecking order.
Walker-Peters’ future in doubt?
Walker-Peters is yet to establish himself at Tottenham under Mauricio Pochettino.
He has made a handful of appearances this season – eight in all competitions to be precise – but the Argentine hasn’t wanted to trust him despite the uninspiring form of Kieran Trippier and Serge Aurier.

The Calabria links should have his alarm bells ringing, because it suggests that Pochettino isn’t totally happy with his current options.
Barring his nightmare in the Nou Camp in the Champions League, Walker-Peters has actually impressed for Spurs this term, but it looks as though his future could lie elsewhere if the club are targeting another right-back this summer.
