Arsenal and Newcastle United have both been linked with a swoop for Bayer Leverkusen and Czech Republic striker Patrik Schick.
Schick scored five goals at Euro 2020, the same as Cristiano Ronaldo and only missed out on the Golden Boot because the Portuguese superstar also got an assist to his name.
Schick will not be at the World Cup later this year, after his country were knocked out of qualification at the play-off stage last week.
They lost 1-0 after extra-time to Sweden, meaning that Schick will have to wait for his next chance to light up an international tournament.

He missed that game through injury, but he has still managed to score 20 Bundesliga goals this season.
Former West Ham defender Reece Oxford has given an interview to the Telegraph where he enthused about Schick, and even suggested he is better than Erling Haaland.
The report says that Oxford was more enthusiastic talking about Schick than Haaland, and said: “His movement, body position.
“He’s left footed, tall, fast. He has got everything.”

The comments come not long after Newcastle were linked with a £42 million swoop for the Czech hitman, which would be a club record fee.
That same report says that Tottenham are also watching the striker, while Arsenal have also been credited with an interest as they look for a new frontman.
Schick told the Independent in January: “I’ve changed clubs a lot [six in as many years] so I never had time to feel settled. I’m really happy in Leverkusen and with my life in Germany so at this moment I’m not thinking about being transferred somewhere.
“I watch the Premier League and I like England but that doesn’t mean that if I continue like this I’ll play there.”
