Bristol City CEO Mark Ashton has been discussing the possibility of his side potentially making a move for Leeds United loanee Eddie Nketiah.
In the summer, Leeds United pipped their Championship rivals to the signature of the talented Arsenal striker, who even had a medical booked in with the Robins.
However, Nketiah is yet to start a Championship game for Leeds and it is rumoured by many that he could be in line for a recall by Arsenal, before being loaned out yet again.

Speaking to BBC Radio Bristol, the Bristol City supremo stated his admiration for Nketiah and admitted he would be interested in bringing him to Ashton Gate if he becomes available.
“He’s a very talented player.
“Should he become available he would be someone we would definitely consider if the fit was right and we were able to do it.
“It would be remiss of us to have someone like him as the only option.”
TBR’s View
Leeds United clearly do not want to lose Nketiah, even if he is being used somewhat sparingly by the club.
Patrick Bamford remains the number one choice up front for Marcelo Bielsa but the Argentine is a big fan of Nketiah, who has become something of an impactful player from the Elland Road subs bench.
Leeds fans have also been won over by the striker and would be disappointed to see him go in January. So fans will be hoping that Nketiah gets to stick around over the winter.
