‘Brilliant yet again’: West Ham fans react on Twitter to Declan Rice’s Crystal Palace display

West Ham continued their fine opening third of the Premier League season with a hard-earned point against Crystal Palace last night.

Sebastien Haller’s stunning strike meant a share of the spoils for the Hammers and David Moyes, as they continue to hover in and around the top six in the table.

Despite Haller capturing the headlines, there were a number of other fine performances from those in clarent and blue. Indeed, one such player, in somewhat of a recurring theme these days, was Declan Rice.

The England man, who reportedly earns around £60k-a-week with the Hammers and is interesting Chelsea, delivered another fine performance in the middle of the park, much to the delight of some West Ham fans on social media.

Twitter was awash with comments praising the midfielder, who most Hammers fans will be hoping stays firmly put in January.
