‘Oh thank goodness’, ‘brilliant’: Some Arsenal fans react to ‘huge’ news from London Colney
A number of Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to welcome the news that key Gunners trio Emile Smith Rowe, Granit Xhaka and Bukayo Saka are back in training.
There were fitness concerns over the three players, who missed Saturday’s 3-0 Premier League defeat against Liverpool through injury and illness respectively.
Manager Mikel Arteta initially wasn’t sure if any of those three would be available for the Europa League quarter-final first leg against Slavia Prague.

However, Arsenal’s latest “Inside Training” video shows all three taking part at London Colney, suggesting they’ll have a part to play on Thursday.
Given how important ESR, Xhaka and Saka are, combined with the importance of their upcoming game, plenty of Arsenal fans are delighted.
Here is some of the social media reaction:
Brilliant news. Love Saka and Smith Rose but Xhaka is the one I always want starting👌🏻🔴⚪️

Arsenal have a lot of ground to make up in pursuit of the top four, so winning the Europa League is their best chance of qualifying for the Champions League once again.
The second leg takes place next Thursday, with a Sunday night Premier League game at Sheffield United in between.
