'Boy's unreal': Some Celtic fans already love 'electic' Postecoglou signing despite 6-2 thrashing
Celtic were absolutely annihilated by West Ham United this weekend in pre-season. But it wasn’t all doom and gloom for the hosts.
The Hoops were humiliated 6-2 in front of their own supporters as David Moyes’ side swept aside the Scottish giants.
It might have been a friendly, but it was an unconvincing sign for supporters ahead of the new season.
What Has Gone RIGHT At West Ham United?
Indeed, it was a day to forget for Ange Postecoglou. Yet for Liel Abada, it was another impressive showcase for the youngtser.
The teenager attacker, who Celtic’s new manager signed this summer, impressed against the Irons. Abada assisted Ryan Christie in the 50th minute.
Whilst the backline were gifting West Ham goals, the Israeli prospect shone for Celtic in the attack. Moreover, fans on social media like what they see with their new summer signing.
The winger scored a massive goal for the Hoops in their 1-1 UEFA Champions League qualifying match against FC Midtjylland last week. And Abada continued his fine form with Celtic this weekend against West Ham.
Here’s what some fans had to say about the attacker’s performance for the Glasgow giants on Twitter…
