Bournemouth will never lose faith in their philosophy

Last weekend against Arsenal, they were unlucky not to get something from the game, as they were the better team for portions of the match. They never stopped being positive against the Gunners and deserved a lot of credit for their performance. Against Liverpool, they were similarly positive and despite falling behind in the first half, they didn’t move away from their game-plan and got their rewards in the end. A lot of teams in this league would have looked to keep the score down in the second half, but Bournemouth persisted with their approach and deserved the three points in the end.

The South Coast side have now moved up into the top ten and that will be where they are hoping to finish. Eddie Howe has done an extraordinary job as manager and is now set to take them to better last season, which is no mean feat. He has improved several players in his squad and turned many of them into Premier League players. They added some class in the summer with the loan additions of Jack Wilshere and Nathan Ake, while he continues to show faith in young players already at the club. Ryan Fraser repaid the faith showed in him on Sunday and turned the game on its head. The influence of Eddie Howe can’t be understated and he is emerging as one of the brightest young coaches in not only English football, but in the world.
