Rangers midfielder Bongani Zungu took to Twitter yesterday to celebrate the Old Firm Derby win for Steven Gerrard’s side with a boisterous message about Ibrox.
The South African midfielder came on late for his first taste of the Glasgow derby as Rangers took a huge 19 point lead at the top of the table.
It was a monumental win for Gerrard’s team who, despite his own protestations to the contrary, are looking increasingly like champions-elect.
The only disappointment is that, at present, Rangers’ first title win since 2010-11 will happen in front of no fans.

It was something Zungu alluded to in a post-match tweet after the win over Rangers’ fierce rivals this weekend.
Taking to Twitter, the 28-year-old suggested it had been made clear to him that Ibrox would have been absolutely rocking if fans were in attendance for this important win.
Rangers fans and their manager Gerrard are rightly remaining standoffish about a potential title win. There is still a long way to go in the season and the three games in hand of their nearest rivals could see that big gap chewed up in no time.
But if Rangers are to go on and win the league this season one hopes that by some miracle Zungu and co get to do so with fans in attendance at Ibrox.
Wild might be an understatement.
