Bizarre report claims Tottenham players are unhappy with Fabio Paratici
A bizarre report by The Sun has claimed that Tottenham players are unhappy with Fabio Paratici and Steve Hitchen jumping about in the dugout during games. The managing director of football and the technical performance director have been spotted getting passionate next to Nuno Espirito Santo during the season so far.
If the players aren’t happy with it, they certainly aren’t showing it. Tottenham have won all three of their Premier League games so far and sit top of the division at the first international break of the campaign.
Despite Espirito Santo’s good start, it’s claimed that some players feel uncomfortable. Paratici and Hitchin have been snapped getting firmly into the spirit of things during both of Tottenham’s home games so far.
Furthermore, Spurs players better get used to it. Paratici and Hitchen will both be next to the dugout until October.
Espirito Santo’s men have been fantastic this season. They’ve beaten Manchester City, Wolves and Watford all with a 1-0 scoreline. The feel-good factor seems to be returning, with everyone pulling together at the club.
Harry Kane has agreed to stay and that can only bode well. Paratici has recruited well in the summer and he already looks like a good addition to the club behind the scenes.
Bizarre news report on Paratici will do little to dampen Tottenham spirits
After landing Bryan Gil, Emerson Royal, Cristian Romero, Pape Sarr and Pierluigi Gollini, Paratici can probably go and sit where he wants during the home games for all most Tottenham fans care.
With the club sat at the summit of the division, The Sun’s report doesn’t make a deal of sense. After Jose Mourinho did his best to break the football club, Espirito Santo has already set about putting smiles on faces once more.
Paratici’s passion is there for all to see. For the players, they’ll have to suck it up for now. Their focus has to remain on the football and if they are unhappy at the Italian, then certainly, for now, it’s tough luck.
