A number of Arsenal fans have welcomed news that reported Gunners target Jonathan David is set for a move next year.
Arsenal could be set to bolster their attacking ranks in 2022 amid uncertainties over their strikers’ futures.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was recently stripped of the Arsenal captain’s armband and has been training alone.

Meanwhile, Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah see their contracts expire next summer.
The Evening Standard report that Arsenal are looking into multiple options for the centre-forward role.
And David, who plays for Lille, is apparently on the Gunners radar.
The 21-year-old is currently the top goalscorer in Ligue 1.
David has netted 11 goals in 18 league games so far this season for the current champions.
However, in bad news for Lille but good news for the likes of Arsenal, he’s not looking to stick around.
David’s agent, Nick Mavromaras, told Radio Canada: “For us, the goal is to finish the season in Lille.

“But it will be his last season there for several reasons.
“I think the Premier League is a good option for him.
“I think that he likes Spain a lot also because he likes the feeling of the ball and the very technical players.
“These two leagues are a big priority for him, but nothing is excluded.”
L’Equipe has recently claimed that David boasts a £30million price tag.
For a 21-year-old prolific striker with an incredibly high ceiling, that sounds like a bargain.
Needless to say, plenty of Arsenal fans want to see Edu get to work:
