'Better than Sterling': Manchester City fans rave over Kayky's latest strike
Brazilian side Fluminense kept their unbeaten start to the Copa Libertadores group stage with a 1-1 draw against Junior FC and teenage sensation Kayky netted a brilliant effort – prompting reaction from Manchester City fans.
Kayky, 17, has been confirmed as a Manchester City player with Goal reporting that a £9million fee for the Brazil Under-16 international has been agreed. A move will see Kayky remain on the books, but join up in June 2022.
The move comes despite just 11 senior appearances, the latter of which came over the weekend as Fluminense looked to beat Colombian side Junior FC. Despite Kayky’s goal, they were pegged back to a 1-1 draw.

As above, Kayky picks up the ball inside his own half and outpaces his Junior opponents before nutmegging the goalkeeper to score his third senior goal. He also netted goals in domestic Brazilian football, both coming in April.
A rich run of form for a player that will be on these shores sooner rather than later. As expected, City fans are excited at the prospect of their newest addition and took to Twitter to express that excitement following his latest goal.
One fan even suggested that he is already showing signs that he is better than England ace Raheem Sterling.
