Arsenal lost out in their pre-season friendly against north London rivals Spurs this afternoon, with Heung-Min Son scoring late on to seal the win.
The Gunners were without Thomas Partey for the fixture. The Ghana midfielder is set to be out for three weeks, and will be pushing to get back for the game with Manchester City at the end of the August.

Today, though, was a chance for others to stake a claim. And while the Gunners fell to defeat and some usual faces failed to perform, new signing Albert Sambi Lokonga was a shining light.
Big performance
Lokonga, 21, joined Arsenal this summer and while he’s tipped for a bright future, he could well be a star this season.
Put in the middle of the park alongside Granit Xhaka, Lokonga more than staked his claim for a place in the starting XI against Brentford this week.
And Gunners fans were suitably impressed, too. Twitter was full of comments praising the young Belgian.
Here, then is a look at what was said as Arsenal narrowly lost out to Spurs.
