A number of Tottenham Hotspur fans have waxed lyrical about Spurs academy midfielder Nile John following his latest Under-23s masterclass.
The 18-year-old, who joined Tottenham when he was seven, has been in sensational form for Wayne Burnett’s side.
John has made 16 appearances in all competitions for Spurs this season, including for the first team.

He got 45 minutes in the Conference League first leg against Pacos de Ferreira, his second senior appearance.
John is currently playing for the Spurs Under-23s, and on Saturday helped them record a superb 3-0 win over Manchester City’s U23s.
Indeed, the teenager grabbed two goals and an assist for Tottenham against one of the toughest sides in Premier League 2.
Jack Clarke opened the scoring in the 12th minute after latching on to a John through-ball.
The provided then grabbed Tottenham’s second in the 38th minute and netted again midway through the second half.
Given the Spurs midfield has had some issues this season, some fans reckon John would be a good shout to feature more often in the first team:
