Arsenal forward Emile Smith Rowe says Bukayo Saka’s effort against Chelsea in December 2020 is the best goal he has ever seen live.
The Gunners star was speaking to Goal.com on the latest episode of Simply The Best on their YouTube channel.
Goal.com asked Smith Rowe a number of questions including the best players he had played alongside or against.

One of the questions was on the best goal he had ever seen in the flesh, and he went for Saka’s worldie against the Blues two seasons ago.
Arsenal hosted Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium on Boxing Day, and the Blues were the favourites at the time.
While the west Londoners were hoping to boost their Premier League title credentials, the Gunners hadn’t won in seven games.
However, Arsenal defied pre-match predictions to outclass Chelsea in every department en route to a 3-1 win.
The Gunners were 2-0 up by half-time thanks to an Alexandre Lacazette penalty and a Granit Xhaka free-kick.
Then, on 56 minutes, Saka made it three with a wonderful long-range effort over Edouard Mendy.
Aside from rubber-stamping a crucial win in the league, it also earned the 20-year-old the Goal of the Month award.
Smith Rowe said: “Best goal I’ve seen live would be two seasons ago, Bukayo Saka scored against Chelsea.
“I don’t know if it was a cross or a shot, but he literally chipped the goalkeeper. So I’d probably say this goal.”
