Jack Wilshere has been tipped to be of interest to the likes of Everton and Aston Villa this summer, if he can continue his form with Bournemouth.
Wilshere, 29, signed a short-term deal with the Cherries and has started to get some fitness and minutes under his belt in the Championship.

Once considered one of the best young players in the country, injuries have robbed Wilshere of the career he might have had. Indeed, former teammate Cesc Fabregas claimed the midfielder was one the best talents he had ever seen.
And someone else who knows Wilshere well is Benik Afobe. The pair are big friends off the field and Afobe, speaking to the Beautiful Game podcast, believes big clubs will come knocking if the former Arsenal man can stay fit.
“It’s a win, win. It’s six months, so if he doesn’t like it he’s not tied down,” Afobe said.
“It’s just about getting his name out there. And getting games under his belt again. The problem is people think he’s not fit. It’s the stigma. If he plays 20 games, does well, gets a few goals and a few assists like the other day, the Evertons will be calling him, maybe even the Aston Villas, because they like those sorts of players.”

Wilshere has played in five of the last six games for Bournemouth. The Cherries have recently sacked Jason Tindall, and could well appoint Thierry Henry to the helm, something which will be of interest to Wilshere.
TBR View: Everton and Villa might be a step too far now for Wilshere
Nothing against the talent Wilshere has or how he is as a player, but it’s hard to see either Villa or Everton taking a punt on him at this stage in his career.
Both those clubs have progressed and splashed money to improve their squads and help them towards the European places.
Sadly, Wilshere has a lot to prove before he’s considered for that level again. But, for the time being, he’s doing ok with Bournemouth and will be desperate to get back to the big time.
