Ben Parker labelled Crysencio Summerville ‘unbelievable’ on LUTV after the winger scored a stunning goal for Leeds United’s under-23s on Sunday.
Mark Jackson’s side suffered a 2-1 defeat to Sunderland in their latest Premier League Cup encounter.

Nevertheless, a number of players impressed for the Whites in the loss. And one of those who certainly made an impact was Summerville.
The Dutchman played the first 45 minutes at the Stadium of Light. And he went on to score an absolutely incredible solo goal.
He collected the ball some 30 yards out with his back to goal. And he went on drive into the box, past several Sunderland players. He rounded off the run with an outstanding strike into the top corner.

And Parker could not hide how impressed he had been after what had been a quiet game for the 19-year-old up until that moment.
“What a talent this boy is, unbelievable,” he told LUTV. “Something out of nothing. We were just saying, he’s not really been involved in the first-half too much.
“Then he springs into life, gets the ball, see you later. ‘Don’t try and tackle me because I’m too good one v one, too strong, close control. And you know what, I’ve got that finish on my left foot into the top corner’.”
Summerville makes most of opportunity after recent breakthrough into Leeds first-team
Summerville has recently joined the crop of young players who boast first-team experience under Marcelo Bielsa.
The winger faces a tough task trying to break into the side on a more consistent basis. He has Raphinha, Jack Harrison and Daniel James ahead of him in the pecking order.
But moments like that in the under-23 clash with certainly do his cause no harm at all.
Of course, he will come up against tougher opposition. But he has already hinted that he can dance players in the Premier League. And that finish would have beaten plenty of very good goalkeepers.
He will have to be patient. But Sunday’s goal proved that his time will come.
