Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte has described Spurs winger Bryan Gil as a “very good prospect”.
Speaking to football.london, the Tottenham boss said the 21-year-old is an “important” player for the future.
However, Conte also admitted that Gil needs to bulk up before being reconsidered in the Premier League.

The Spurs boss then said he is indeed “becoming stronger”, suggesting he could soon start featuring again in the top flight.
Gil joined Tottenham last summer and showed glimpses of real quality, leading Graham Roberts to call him a “little superstar“.
However, Conte didn’t feel he was quite PL-ready, and sanctioned a loan move to Valencia in the January window.
Gil returned to N17 in summer amid an uncertain future, but the Tottenham boss was convinced to keep him around.
‘That’s important’
In midweek, the Spaniard delivered a dazzling cameo off the bench against Eintracht Frankfurt.
This has led to renewed calls for Conte to start playing Gil in the Premier League again.
However, the Tottenham boss, speaking at his pre-Everton press conference, has called for patience.

“I ask only to give me the opportunity to be relaxed,” Conte told football.london.
“And if I give the opportunity to these players to play, only this.
“Gil is really good prospect. He is becoming stronger, physically.
“Because he has in this moment only this gap for Premier League, it’s physical, you know?
“Otherwise technically he understands football in an important way.
“I’m sure that we’re talking about a player that will be an important prospect for the future.
“Now he’s building also, he’s improving on the physical aspect and for us that’s important.”
