West Ham United forward Michail Antonio has been described as “sensational” by BBC pundit Michael Dawson following his performance against Wolves on Monday night.
The Hammers raced into a three-goal lead against their opponents, with Jesse Lingard, Pablo Fornals and Jarrod Bowen all netting in the opening 40 minutes.
Although Leander Dendoncker got on the scoresheet before the break and Fabio Silva edged Wolves to within a goal in the second half, West Ham hung on for all three points.

Antonio hit the post and gave the opposition defence a hard time, but went down following a powerful run and shot holding his hamstring and had to be substituted in the 36th minute.
Dawson, commentating on BBC Radio 5 Live, said: “Antonio has been sensational, he has given Coady and Saiss nightmares. I’ve played against players like him. It’s a major blow.”
David Moyes said after the game that the club will assess Antonio’s hamstring issue on Tuesday, but added that the player said it “doesn’t feel too bad at the moment”.
TBR View:
Antonio has been in great form this season, registering seven goals and five assists from just 21 appearances, but sadly he’s missed nine league games due to injury as well.
With Declan Rice already ruled out for at least a month due to a knee injury, having Antonio sidelined again would be a big blow for Moyes.
