Wolverhampton Wanderers have been offered the chance to sign Douglas Costa with the Brazilian struggling for game time on loan at Bayern Munich – and supporters of the German champions have responded on Twitter.
Having fallen down the pecking order at Juventus, Andrea Pirlo decided to sanction the 30-year-old’s return to Bayern Munich – a club he had previously played for 77 times, and had a hand in 41 goals.
But the 31-time Brazil international is not enjoying the same kind of form this time around. Back-up to the likes of Serge Gnabry and Kingsley Coman, Costa has only started six of his 17 league and cup appearances.

Indeed, his only goal came against Stuttgart in a 3-1 win – while he has laid on three assists. But he is expected to be frustrated at a lack of game time and a move to the Premier League is on the cards – with Wolves ready to pounce.
The Telegraph‘s Mike McGrath has claimed Wolves have been offered the chance to sign the £102,000-a-week (JuveFC) star this month – which would see Costa’s loan at Bayern cancelled and a move to the Midlands engineered.
Now, Bayern fans have responded on Twitter to the reported news that Costa could be about to leave their club and move to Molineux – and many are all for the idea, given his lack of momentum during his second Bayern spell.
