Leeds United are up and running in the summer transfer window, having got three new signings over the line over the past fortnight.
The Whites made their first signing of the summer at the start of July, landing Joe Rodon on a permanent deal from Tottenham Hotspur.
Earlier this week, Leeds brought experienced goalkeeper Alex Cairns back to Elland Road, the 31-year-old having come through the ranks at the club.
And on Thursday, Leeds signed versatile Bournemouth midfielder Joe Rothwell on a season-long deal.

Leeds newcomer Joe Rothwell congratulated for Elland Road loan switch
The 29-year-old took to Instagram to express his pride at having linked up with the Elland Road outfit.
“Absolutely over the moon to get this over the line,” he wrote. “Leeds United as a club speaks for itself and needed no words of persuasion to come here.
“Can’t wait to get started and hopefully get this club back to where they belong.”
A number of his peers, such as Barry Douglas, Jesse Lingard and fellow Cherries player Jaidon Anthony wished him well.
Douglas posted three heart-eyed emojis, Lingard wrote “good luck my bro”, while Anthony posted “enjoy brother”.
Douglas and Rothwell played together at Blackburn Rovers, sharing the pitch 27 times during the 2020/21 campaign.
Meanwhile, Lingard and Rothwell were teammates at Manchester United’s academy, sharing the pitch six times for the Under-21s in 2013/14.
Rothwell will hope to repeat Southampton promotion feat at Leeds
Rothwell spent the first half of last season playing for Bournemouth before securing a loan switch to fellow South Coast side Southampton.
Whilst with the Saints, he made 20 appearances and scored four goals, contributing towards the team securing promotion back to the Premier League at the first attempt.
Rothwell won Southampton’s 2023/24 Goal of the Season award after a stunning volley which found the top corner against Huddersfield Town.
That effort strike also won the Championship Goal of the Month for February.
Rothwell will be eager to ensure lightning strikes twice with regards to helping his current loan side achieve promotion.
