Arsenal’s summer has been a busy one to say the least, with a number of incomings for the club as Mikel Arteta looks to guide the Gunners back to the Champions League.

The signings of Gabriel and Thomas Partey will bring steel and quality to the middle of the field for the Gunners, while the capture of Willian on a free-transfer from Chelsea is something of a steal.

In addition, the likes of Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi have moved away from The Emirates, while a number of other younger players could also still leave.

So, with the EFL deadline looming for 5pm on Friday, just who could leave Arsenal at the last minute?

Well, there are a number of players who Mikel Arteta may allow out on loan or even permanent deals, if the price is right.

Balogun could go, Arteta keen on Smith-Rowe

Arsenal have a lot of young players on the books who could do with first-team minutes. Included in them is young striker, Folarin Balogun.

The 19-year-old could walk away from the Gunners for nothing but the club did reject a £3m offer from Sheffield United in September.  The youngster may well be one who does go, if a Championship club can come up with the fee or a loan to buy option.

Emile Smith-Rowe and William Saliba are two other names mentioned who could consider Championship moves. However, Football.London reports that Arteta is particularly keen on keeping Smith-Rowe around.

Saliba, meanwhile, is expected to stay until at least January unless something changes at the last moment.
