A number of Celtic fans have reacted to reports claiming the Hoops are interested in bringing David Marshall back to Parkhead, as mentioned in Herald Scotland.
The 35-year-old goalkeeper came through the ranks at Celtic, making his debut in 2002, and clocked up 28 competitive appearances for the Hoops.
Marshall then left Glasgow in 2007, joining Norwich first on loan and then permanently, and has enjoyed a fruitful career to date with the Canaries, Cardiff, Hull and Wigan.

However, the 6ft 3in stopper’s future in Lancashire is now uncertain after the Latics entered administration earlier this week.
Herald Scotland claims that Wigan are willing to accept a cut-price fee for Marshall, whose contract at the DW Stadium runs until next summer.
The outlet also claims Marshall not only figures prominently on Neil Lennon’s list of potential goalkeeping targets but is also keen on a move back to Glasgow with his family still based in the city.
While no formal contact has been made between the parties, both would be keen to discuss the possibility of a reunion, added the report.
