Juventus are reportedly willing to offload Adrien Rabiot for a bargain £13million in January – and Tottenham have got to consider a move.

Rabiot, 26, is likely to be offloaded by Juventus – with the France international set to enter the last 18 months of his contract in Turin.

The ex-PSG man has since played 95 times for Juventus since his move to the Old Lady. But he has not really felt at home since joining on a free.

Now, Juventus are ready to offload him. CalcioMercato report that Rabiot can be sold for as cheap as £13million. Of course, Fabio Paratici signed him.

Paratici is renowned for his bargains, and brought the France international to Juventus just over two years ago. Now, he should sign him again.

Another report from CM says that Newcastle are interested in signing Rabiot – though how strong the interest actually is, remains to be seen.

Why Tottenham and Paratici need to sign Rabiot, ahead of Newcastle…

Tottenham do have options in the middle of the park. But Antonio Conte likes to play a 3-4-3, with a solid pivot in front of the defence.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg have played both matches, while Harry Winks has got game time. Many feel there should be a more creative player in there.

Hojbjerg is a warrior, Skipp provides the engine room and Winks can do a bit of everything – but lacks form. Spurs need a deep-lying playmaker.

Rabiot is just that. He can dictate the tempo and pick attacking passes from deep. He is also a threat from set-pieces. At £13million, he is a bargain.
