Aston Villa loanee Tyrone Mings has sparked speculation that he might stay at the club with his activity on Twitter.
Mings liked a tweet from Aston Villa fan account @CliffRoberts1 which alluded to his future at Aston Villa.
The tweet read: “There’s no harm admitting you wanna stay next season King Mings.”
Mings, who has been a key part of the turnaround at Aston Villa, liked the tweet, suggesting he is thinking about staying next season.
The 26-year-old’s social media activity was spotted by some eagle-eyed Aston Villa fans with @villareport providing the screenshot.
Mings has played a major role in Aston Villa’s revival under Dean Smith, helping to shore things up defensively.
The towering 6ft 5in centre-back is a colossus in the air and comfortable on the ball, making him the perfect ball-playing defender for Smith.

With two goals to his name and some impressive defensive displays, the ex-Ipswich Town man is becoming a fan favourite at Villa Park.
Aston Villa supporters have been calling for Mings to stay, whether they win promotion via the play-offs or not.
And it looks like Mings is enjoying his time at Aston Villa more than he has done at Bournemouth. His Twitter activity could well be a hint about where he sees his future.
