Aston Villa are reportedly keen on Coventry City defender Sam McCallum.
According to The Daily Mail, McCallum is being watched by a number of clubs, including Aston Villa. Scouts from Liverpool, Leicester City, West Brom, Aston Villa and more have been spotted checking up on McCallum.
McCallum to provide cover at left-back?

The 19-year-old is a regular for Coventry in League One. McCallum usually starts at left-back, having taken Brandon Mason’s spot this season, and the Sky Blues are pushing for promotion.
Coventry have produced a number of top players in recent years, including Callum Wilson and James Maddison. McCallum could be the next gem, although he only joined Coventry in 2018 from non-league side Herne Bay after impressing in Jamie Vardy’s V9 Academy.
He was 17 when he joined but he soon made his Coventry first-team debut and he now has nearly 30 appearances to his name. But Coventry face a battle to hold onto the teenage starlet with Premier League sides like Villa lurking.
Here are some Aston Villa fans reacting to the McCallum rumours.
