Callum O’Hare helped Coventry City to a win on Tuesday night in an FA Cup third round – and some Aston Villa fans on Twitter were left raving about his performance.

The 21-year-old joined League One outfit Coventry in the summer on a season-long loan from Villa and has made a decent impact so far.

He helped star in the midweek cup victory against Bristol Rovers, which means they have set up a fascinating fourth round tie with Birmingham.

O’Hare has played 26 games across all competitions this season for Coventry, scoring three goals and supplying four assists in return

The attacking midfielder is someone with great vision and an eye for a pass, something he’s starting to show on a more consistent basis.

He has come through the academy ranks at Villa and will be hoping his loan can help springboard him closer to Dean Smith’s first-team squad in the long-term.

A selection of Villa supporters on social media were majorly impressed with O’Hare’s latest display for Coventry and have suggested he should be with them.

The English playmaker is still developing his game in League One and the Premier League looks a big step away, but he’s definitely on the right tracks.
