The Team of the Season decisions always split opinion among fanbases, and the PFA have released their team today, as per their official Twitter account.
From an Aston Villa perspective, Tammy Abraham and Jack Grealish – the latter of whom who wasn’t in the official team from the division – got into this one.
But Scottish international midfielder John McGinn was still left out, despite an outstanding season in which his consistency and energy has been invaluable for a Villa side who now look destined for the play-offs.

And many Villa fans took to Twitter to ask where the man they signed this summer from Hibernian was in the end of season decision once more.
They can’t believe he’s been snubbed once more with his achievements this season being disrespected.
One supporter online described McGinn as ‘the best player in the Championship’ and we’ve put together the best of the reaction from a fan base who cannot believe what they’ve seen and hope that the Scot won’t be eligible for the end of season honours in the second tier next season – because he’s a Premier League player.
