Aston Villa took a large stride towards cementing their Championship play-off place with a 2-1 win over Rotherham United.
Villa trailed in the contest and played for the entire second half with ten men following Tyrone Mings’ dismissal.
Will Vaulks opened the scoring for the Millers; before Jonathan Kodjia and Jack Grealish ensured a seventh win in succession for Dean Smith’s team.

On current form, none of the other play-off contenders will fancy coming up against Villa over two legs.
Grealish, in particular, was the standout performer for Smith’s rampant side.
The 23-year-old scored his fifth of the campaign in last night’s win and his return to fitness has coincided with an upturn in Villa’s fortunes.
His goal last night saw him neatly finish a superb piece of play. If the Villans are to stand any chance of keeping hold of their prized asset then promotion is a must.
Grealish has been captain for the last seven games, leading by example for his boyhood team.

The Villa faithful are certainly delighted with their star man and were in awe of Grealish following their latest win.
Twitter was awash with praise for last night’s match-winner and we looked at what the Villa supporters were saying about Grealish.
