After impressing in 45 games for League Two side Port Vale, potential suitors have seen that Clark can perform at senior level.

The Wales youth international is predominantly a right-back but he is comfortable anywhere across the back four making him a useful versatile option.

Clark has a lot of promise and Aston Villa might look at this one in the future and wonder why they didn’t give him another chance.
