According to Tuttosport (via Calciomercato), Juventus are preparing a €60 million offer (£51.3 million) for AS Roma youngster Nicolo Zaniolo.
The Italian youth international has emerged as hot property after an impressive breakthrough at Stadio Olimpico in 2018/19.

Zaniolo has gradually worked his way into the first-team, making 28 appearances across all competitions.
The 6ft 3in midfielder has gained plaudits for stepping up to the occasion multiple times for Roma this season, despite still being a rookie.
Calciomercato report that Roma are working on a new deal for Zaniolo, but the club could face difficulty keeping him if they fail to seal Champions League qualification.
Newcastle’s hopes all but over?
Before Juventus came sniffing, Premier League outfit Newcastle United were also said to be interest in the starlet.
Chronicle Live claimed recently that Newcastle scouts had been observing the teenager in Serie A.
The Magpies are said to be looking ahead to next season, with Mo Diame and Jonjo Shelvey and Isaac Hayden’s future’s all unclear.
Zaniolo would be a really exciting acquisition for the Toon Army, but it looks as though Newcastle fans will be disappointed if the news of Juventus’ mammoth offer is to be believed.

Juventus, much like Bayern Munich over in the Bundesliga, are known for cherry-picking the top talents from other clubs in Serie A.
If Roma missed out on the Champions League, he’d still be able to play in the competition by moving to Juve.
It seems like the ‘dream’ move for most young Italian players, with Newcastle presenting something of a different challenge.
Certainly Newcastle do not have the cash to compete with their fellow black and white wearers.
