Arsenal missed out on the Champions League last season and will instead embark on another season playing in the Europa League.
Today the Gunners discovered their fate. Boss Unai Emery will see his team face Eintracht Frankfurt, Standard Liege and Vitoria.
Last season Arsenal were beaten by Chelsea in the final denying them a place among Europe’s elite in the Champions League and they will look to go one better this season.

The group is fairly favourable for the Gunners and they should progress with minimal fuss into the knockout stages of the competition.
Boss Emery has recruited well during the close season and he should have a squad that is well-equipped to tackle the competition head-on.
Fellow Premier League outfits Manchester United and Wolves are also in the Europa League but Arsenal perhaps has the best chance of winning the competition out of all the English sides.

Following news of the draw, Arsenal fans are in good spirits on Twitter. The scars will still remain from last season’s final in Baku, but their squad is in far better shape these days.
