Arsenal remain interested in doing a deal for Juventus winger Dejan Kulusevski in January, with reports from Italy this weekend suggesting the Gunners could even get him at a knockdown price.
Gazzetta has reported how Juventus are getting ready to meet with Kulusevski and his agents this week. In that meet, they are expected to tell the Swedish star that he can leave in January. That, of course, plays into Arsenal’s hands, with the Gunners heavily linked in recent weeks. Gazzetta confirms that Arsenal are indeed still keen.

However, while Juventus are said to value Kulusevski around the £30m mark, Football Italia writes how they could accept closer to the £22m mark. It’s explained how if Juventus get that much for him, then they won’t make a loss on a player they spent just shy of £40m on themselves.
Coincidentally, it’s claimed that the Serie A side are looking to sell Kulusevski to give them the funds to make a move for Dusan Vlahovic. And as we all know, Vlahovic is on the radar of both Arsenal and Tottenham as well.
TBR’s View: Time For Arsenal To Swoop For Bargain Kulusevski
It’s not too often a player comes up and the club are willing to drop the price. So if that’s the case here and Arsenal are serious about Kulusevski, then it really is a no-brainer.
Let’s not forget, this is a player who even Cristiano Ronaldo rates highly. The Man United legend previously spoke of how Kulusevski is an ‘excellent player’ with ‘great potential’. And while things haven’t gone brilliantly in Turin – just eight goals in over 60 games – the Swede is still just 21 and can improve.
At around the £22m mark, the Juventus man is a bargain. And with Arsenal’s remit of buying quality young players, you’d have to say he fits the bill for the Gunners.
