Arsenal have been given the chance to sign a target for £25m after making an attractive contract offer.
The Gunners have the difficult task of trying to get closer to Manchester City and stop the Citizens from winning a record fifth Premier League title in a row next season.
Mikel Arteta has already decided to sign Riccardo Calafiori from Bologna to bridge that gap – and a Real Madrid player could follow the Italian to Arsenal…
Arsenal told Andriy Lunin price
A story from Marca now claims that Real Madrid are happy to sell Andriy Lunin for €30m (£25m).
It comes after another Spanish news outlet in AS revealed that the Ukraine international has a “brilliant” contract offer on the table from Arsenal.
The Gunners are seemingly preparing to sign a senior goalkeeping option to replace Aaron Ramsdale – who is eager to become No.1 again elsewhere after losing his spot to David Raya.
Lunin proved himself as a glovesman who is more than capable of starring at the highest level last season when standing in for the injured Thibaut Courtois, keeping 12 clean sheets in 31 appearances as Real Madrid won La Liga and the UEFA Champions League.

Arsenal recently signed goalkeeping sensation Tommy Setford from Ajax, although the 18-year-old has gone straight into Hale End, and is not seen as a senior option, at least not yet.
Lunin only has 12 months remaining on his contract with Real Madrid, so a sale will be prioritised if Los Blancos cannot agree a new deal with the 25-year-old.
Ukraine international may not settle for backup role
Lunin recently spoke to Marca about his desire to become No.1 and move out of the shadow of Courtois.
The Ukrainian said: “It is complicated because Courtois is one of the best in the world, but I want to play every game.”
Therefore, while Arsenal should be able to afford that £25m asking price, the Gunners may struggle to convince Lunin to join, as he will only be swapping his current No.2 role at Real Madrid for the same status in north London.

Arteta is also highly unlikely to drop Raya after the Spain international won the Golden Glove award with 16 Premier League clean sheets last season.

Nevertheless, be sure to keep an eye on this situation, as Arsenal monitor Lunin.
