Some Arsenal fans were reacting after news emerged over the future of Kieran Tierney.

According to football.london, the Scotsman is in talks with the club over a new contract.

Tierney is thought to be happy in London with the Gunners technical director Edu waiting for the board to sign off on his deal.

Mikel Arteta lauded the defender throughout last season and claimed he is captain material.

Tierney enjoyed a good campaign despite the team’s good form. He was a constant threat down the left-side and formed part of the defence which had the third-best record in the Premier League.
